Strategic goals First: Striving to consolidate awareness and create an environment that fosters the work of the charitable foundation in its target segments. To reach this end, the Foundation seeks to achieve these goals: 1. The scientific and methodological rooting of its work and roles, by controlling the contents, defining standards, mechanisms, and features of influence. 2. Qualifying the foundation’s staff, members and volunteers, with an adequate content of the most effective methods in humanitarian and development work, the backgrounds of the services provided, and the definition of the characteristics of the target groups and the practical mechanisms for dealing with them. 3. Crystallizing new awareness projects on the basis of the needs of the target segments and addressing them in discussion sessions in order to ripen them in preparation for their presentation and promotion. Second: Focusing on some qualitative development initiatives, and starting from them to achieve tangible results on the ground. For this purpose, the Foundation seeks to achieve these goals: 1. Focusing on the “psychological security” of the beneficiary in the family by suggesting mechanisms that enhance his confidence and stability. 2. A balanced treatment of the developments arising from the living conditions in light of the complexities of contemporary life (unemployment - the relationship with children and wife…). 3. The developmental interaction .with the concerns of families
